you're joking right? well you prbably won't anymore, but it's still possible...
it works like this:
first, a high-ranking deviant will look around, bored most likely, then if he likes it, he'll suggest it, all other really highdevs will get a notice or such(i think)and if it's like by one, he will pick it out and it'll be displayed on the right soon enough
or if he's high enough he will pick it right away, instead of suggesting it
